    Hi

    I bought a licence for Enfold on Themeforest and yesterday i requested some help but was told:

    We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on December 2nd, 2021
    In order for you to post support questions you need to enter a new valid themeforest license code

    You can purchase a new license on themeforest or if you purchased one recently simply download it on themeforest

    Are you talking about the licence itself or support fee? i thought that the licence was lifetime and only support needed to be renewed if required.

    I am confused.

    Hi Nicholas,

    I checked your account, and it says you have valid support until 2022-06-22, could you try logging in again please? You might have to use a different browser.

    The theme licenses are valid for life, but support licenses expire. If you need to extend support at some point, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
