Hello,
Is the first element on this Enfold website a layer slider element? (the transition is revealing from top to bottom)If yes, or if it’s an other slider, how do I set it to be 800 px high?
Also, is there a tutorial for the layer slider, if that’s what it is?Thanks

Thank you for the inquiry.
Yes, the first element in the page is a layer slider. You should be able to modify its height and other layout settings in the Project Settings > Layout panel. For more info about the slider settings, please check the plugin documentation.

IsmaelMay 5, 2022 at 11:59 am #1350603Thanks Ismael.
It seems my slider is full height on screen, although the settings are 800×500 pixels. Why is that?

I can’t put the slider into a section, so I can set the section height?I would like the height to of the slider to be 800 px. Any idea how to do that then?
Thanks
May 6, 2022 at 7:09 am #1350745Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Did you try to select the “Full width” option in the Project Settings > Layout panel? It is probably set to the “Hero” option currently, which is why it is inheriting the height of the browser viewport. And please note that 800px is a bit tall for most screen resolutions and the slider will probably end up extending below the fold and users may have to scroll down a bit in order to see the whole slider. You may need to decrease the height if you want the slider to be fully visible above the fold.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 6, 2022 at 2:23 pm #1350800Hi Ismael,
I have set the layout to “responsive”, in order to control phone and tablet view.
I have set canvas width to 2500, and height to 800. That works pretty well on desktop, although I am not sure if that is the right way to do it. See here:
http://www.edwinvandenberg.comThe problem is on phone and tablet the height is too low, but I don’t know how to control that.
That’s why I thought to put the slider in a row, so I can control the height, but that’s not possible.Any ideas to solve this?
On this site I am trying to replicate, the height is better on responsive, so it should be possible in principle. Thanks!
