    Hi, I would appreciate help with a couple of issues.

    The main issue is that every time I make any change to a certain page (linked in private content), more than half of the page content just disappears in the preview, live page, and editor after updating and refreshing. I have to keep restoring revisions to get the content back.

    The second issue is that text in the text blocks is automatically bolding even when I ensure it’s set to plain, non-bold text.

    Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Temp login details are provided in the private content section.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you add any html code in any of the elements in the page? It is possible that there are unclosed html code in the page which could cause the succeeding content to disappear and break the layout of the page. Please check the page content and make sure that the html tags are closed properly. You should also try and remove the custom shortcodes temporarily, if there are any.

    Hi Ismael,
    Thanks for your response. I did not add any extra html code to page elements to my knowledge. I could not find any after double-checking. Do you have any other ideas for what could be causing these 2 issues? I appreciate your time.

    Thanks for the update. You have to close the tags you open properly:

    It should work as expected after that.
