When I am importing the Demo it shows me the message “Download of files for demo GYM Demo didn’t work! I have tried to find a way to contact support, but I can’t find any link. Could you tell me how I receive support for this? I also searched the forums but didn’t find any solution.
Could you help me with this urgently?

Please try to check if PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled.
You can find it by going to LayerSlider then click on the three vertical dots (icon) located in the upper-right corner and click System Status

Then check if PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled (located under Server Settings).
