Hello there,
I have a script of an html5 banner I created on 3rd party site where I added it to the sidebar with a custom HTML box.
However, if the size of the screen is too small it doesn’t auto-adjust. How can I get this to auto-adjust with smaller screens?
I have inputted the URL of the banner in private. Thanks again for the support:)

Thanks for your patience, I have looked at the sidebar banner of one of your pages at 1030px thru 1530px and it seems to scale, please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
Below 1030px your sidebar is hidden. I assume this page is correct.Best regards,

Yes, some banners scale properly. For example, the ones that are added to my directory and added manually with HTML work.
However, the html5 code which I add of a banner that I created doesn’t scale.
I’ve sent you the screenshot of the banner I am referring to.
The banner is on the bottom of the right sidebar. If you view it on a desktop and make the window smaller or view it on screens that are small and still have the sidebar activated, that specific one won’t scale. Any reason why?
Kind Regards,
MikeMay 3, 2022 at 12:28 pm #1350302Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, yes these banners created with bannerboo don’t scale, I noticed these in another thread you had, they are created in an iframe with many elements and each element has a height & width position of absolute.
To scale correctly the elements should have the positions set to relative, an iframe must be changed at the source.
The only solution I can think of is to use media queries to hide this banner at the smaller screen sizes and display a standard image banner instead.Best regards,
MikeMay 3, 2022 at 6:08 pm #1350368Hello again,
Thanks for that. I will just replace the ad as there is no option for that.
I also have an issue with Google Adsense where I turned on Auto Ads and placed a banner size I am not satisfied with.
I tried switching off auto ads but the ad remains there. I want an ad placed there but an ad 728×90 with the right padding-top, bottom, and centered.
How can I find this code to edit it? Where do I go in the theme editor? I tried finding it in header.php but no luck. I have pasted a link in private.Kind Regards

As I understand your question, you have added the Google Adsense code to your site and enabled Auto Ads, and your screenshot shows an Adsense Ad, but you want a different size?
You should use the Ad Settings Preview in your Google Adsense account to adjust how the ads will look on your site.
There is no place in the theme to edit the ads because the Google Adsense code scans your site and places the ads automatically, read more here: About Auto ads
I don’t use Google Adsense so there are probably a lot more settings that you can change in your Google Adsense account to adjust how the ads will look on your site, I recommend looking for some tutorials on youtube to see how to make these customizations.Best regards,
