    Under INDUSTRY, then Oil & Gas, the submenues moves out to the left. How to get them to move out to the right?

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    #top .av-main-nav #menu-item-116 ul ul {
    left: 207px;
}
