Avia Layout Builder not loading

I am trying to update my website but when I go to edit the homepage, the Avia Layout Builder is not loading and I cannot click or do anything – not even use the classic editor.

Strangely this is only happening on the home page. I have managed to update the other pages successfully.

I recently installed a Google Fonts plugin so assumed it may be this. However, I disabled the plugin and this did not help.

I am not super WordPress savvy, so I have included my login credentials.
