    On my site – https://gehilaw.com/ – I have used the extra elements bar at the very top
    I need everything on that bar to be vertically align so there is equal space at the top and bottom. Currently, there is more space at the bottom than the top.

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .phone-info select {
    margin-bottom: 0;
}

#header_meta {
    padding: 10px 0;
}
