    Hi,

    We are hosting a website developed bay a freelancer ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ).

    “Your current Parent Theme (Enfold) Version Number is 4.5.5”

    It seems that the registration key that he has transmitted to us doesn’t work (I don’t know if it has worked one day).

    I assume this is an old version of enfold (4.5.5) and it has never been updated.

    How can I check if his purchase is valid ?

    The purchase code he gived to us is in the other field

    Hi Vincent,

    The purchase code seems fine. In order to receive updates, you will have to generate a token though. Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
