    Hi there,
We have an Enfold Child theme version 1.0 running on our website. However, the person who purchased the theme for this website no longer works with us so we cannot access the license key.

Google Search Console says that I have the following issues with our page:
    Mobile Usability:
    Clickable elements too close together
    Text too small to read

Please advise on how we can receive customer support from you and if you are able to help us make the website page mobile friendly.

I would really appreciate it if you could contact me as soon as possible as I have been trying to figure out how to contact you for a while now and management needs me to fix this issue as soon as possible.

    Thank you,
    Mariam Ali

    Hi Mariam,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you point out which elements are too small to read and too close together please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hi there, were you able to see my response?

    Hi,

Thanks for that. Which elements do you need to adjust on that page?

If you don’t have access to a the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your theme license, then you might want to consider purchasing a new license. Otherwise you won’t have access to the theme files, or automatic updates.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I am not sure what elements I need to adjust on the page. Are you able to see what mobility issue is on that URL? Google Console just gives me the error message but it does not specify where.

We do get theme updates on Word Press. If I were to repurchase the license, does this change our website? Would we need. to redo it?

    Hi,

Google Console just gives me the error message but it does not specify where.

No, that is the thing about that “error”. I’ve received the same message on multiple sites, but the lovely people at Google never let know which elements they think are too small or too close together. If you can’t find any elements like that, then you ignore the message you received from them. If you know which elements they mean, then please let us know and we’ll give you some custom CSS to use.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
