    Bonjour,

    J’aimerais savoir ce que sont les fichiers en .bk?
    Lorsque je télécharge des image j’ai bien mes images en .jpg mais aussi les mêmes fichiers en .bk.jpg.
    Pourriez-vous me dire si ils sont utiles et si non comment empêcher se doublon?

    Hey sebzh22,
    Thank you for your question, I assume that inside your uploads directory such as \wp-content\uploads\2022\01\ you are seeing files with .bk.jpg
    Enfold doesn’t name any files like this, it is probably from a plugin and it is probably a “backup” from when a plugin does something to the file, so this is probably a duplicate that is not needed but you will have to check the similarly named files without the “bk” to check.

    Bonjour,

    Merci pour votre réponse j’ai bien les doublon nommé seulement en .jpg.
    Ce serait donc mon plugin de sauvegarde qui me créerait ce doublon (pour ma part Updraftplus)?
    Il doit surement y avoir un moyen d’empêcher cette création alors

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Try to go to the plugin’sSettings > UpdraftPlus Backup > Settings panel and configure the Include in files backup: options. You can unchecked the Uploads folder if you don’t want the plugin to create backups of the images or of the wp-content > uploads folder. You can also adjust the backup frequency in the Files backup schedule: settings.
