Hello,
On my StructInt.com website’s leadership page (https://www.structint.com/leadership-team/), I use pop-up Color Sections for each leader’s biography. These look great on a desktop computer but not so great (they are compressed to the right based on the content’s column width). Consequently, I’ve configured a Color Section pop-up to have Element Visibility for all devices except smartphones and a second Color Section with proper sizing for smartphone setup with Element Visibility for only smartphones. (See the pop-up for Mark Marano, the leader in the top row to the far left whose picture is encircled in blue. This is the only leader currently setup with this configuration until the issue is resolved.)
However, when viewing the pop-up Color Sections on a smartphone, the desktop version shows. If I set each column within the desktop Color Section to also only show on a desktop (excluding smartphones), then an empty Color Section appears on a smartphone indicating that it is the Color Section Element Visibility that is not working.
If needed, administrative login credentials are provided in the Private Content section.
I greatly appreciate your help. Enjoy the day!
All the Best,

Thanks for the login details. The two sections have the same ID, which might be causing this problem. Please assign each section a unique ID, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardMarch 18, 2022 at 8:25 pm #1345153Thank you, Rikard! That worked extremely well for us. I hadn’t thought to put in a separate button with visibility and color section link reference aligned to the associated desktop/smartphone pop-up color section in order to effect the change.
All the Best,
