    On one page on a site, the small bar above the main menu is not showing the background color. It seems to show on all of the other pages. I have cleared the cache on my browser and in Siteground. Still not showing until the scroll. It does the same thing on mobile. I will put the website address in the Private Content. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .page-id-2206 #header_meta {
    background: #00f !important;
}
