    Hi, I need to express my disappointment on your support service.
    I have regular licence. After the last update on my website, the contact forms of both Enfold and Contact form 7 do not work correctly. I receive the email from the contact form but any contact form sends an automatic response email (set correctly) to the customer. This bug created to our activity a lot of complains.
    I am not asking for advice but I am reporting that you have a problem. I don’t understand why I have to spend money on 6 months of support when you should be offering a good and bug-free product.
    I have to pay for solve your bug?
    I wasted a whole day with my hosting but they are also sure the problem is with the theme.
    The hosting is ok.
    I give you my login credential and wait for your answer. Please have a check to your bug and let me know because we use contact form for guest reservation and we are creating inefficiency.

    I receive the email from the contact form but any contact form sends an automatic response email (set correctly) to the customer.

    Are you having issue with the autoresponder option? Do you want to disable it? Please check the autoresponder settings of the contact form in the Content > Backend > Autoresponder section. You can leave the Autoresponder reply to email address field blank if you don’t want to enable the autoresponder option.

    No probably it is not clear the bug. Sorry for my english.
    I’ve ever use contact form on my website and I never had problems.
    From last update all my contact form (Enfold and Contact form7) has issue.

    Try please to fill contact form called FREE in this page:

    You can write request. But you have not confirmation about ok send and also you will not recive any answer automatic mail. The circle continue to run without says nothing. But I have set an answear authomatic mail.

    My clients in contact form of hotel reservation for example send request but the mail set they would recive doesn’t start. They continue to push button send 10 times. I receve 10 request from the same guest and he doesn’t recive nothing.

    Also in this page for axample I have set 2 mails in contact form:
    1 mail arrive to me and it advices me that one guest requests free guide.
    1 mail has to arrive to my guest in automatic and he recives the guide attached. This mail doesn’t start. So from some time they are reciving nothing.
    Please try this form to understand:

    All contact forms has the same issue: Mail 2 doen’s work and contact form circle continue to run when push SEND.

    Hi Sonia,

    Sorry for the late reply!

    I could reproduce the issue on your page. Submitting the form throws an error with “Internal Server Error” status.

    I do not think the issue is related to Enfold but to make sure that is the case, we would need to test further. Could you please create a staging site and post temporary FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can work on your staging site instead of the live one?

    I can’t create a staging site. Please check issue on live site as usual.
    Have you tryed to understand if some plugin could create conflict with Enfold?

    Hi,

    I temporarily switched from Enfold to default theme and I could reproduce the issue there as well so the issue does not seem to be theme related.

    I think the issue is either a plugin conflict or related to WordPress.

    Can we try de-activating all active plugins except for Contact Form 7 and if that does not help, try downgrading WP version?
    If you would like us to do that, please post FTP logins here privately as well.

    De-activating plugins I think could be a solution but If you deactivate all plugins could I have some problems to set againg specific plugin settings? If you think not, try please. Also in other website I have new wordpress version but there in not this bug.

    Your forms work when “Post SMTP” plugin is de-activated. Please contact plugin authors for more information :)
