    hi, weird thing here…. I have an old account (2016) for the forum with an old license of Enfold. Few days ago my team in the web agency bought a new license for Enfold (code: c20ca024-59ce-45d6-919e-861c580d142f). I’ve tried to login with my old account “niguli” with no success, ok it did not worked for creating a new post. If I try to register a news account (by the way, very very troublesome procedure…) your system say “SORRY, BUT THAT ITEM PURCHASE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT. PLEASE LOGIN TO THAT ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE, OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE CODE.” We’re sure no-one of us registered. We purchased the license via Themeforest with account name “acquisti3”. can you help me? I need to ask help for a bunch of troubles in the forum (As I’ve already did in the last years..).

    Hey niguli,

    The purchase code you posted has been registered using the email you are using here, and your support period is valid until 2022-08-27. What exactly is not working for you?

    hi Rikard, thanks for your support. Now I’m able to answer correctly. Yesterday I wasn’t enable to comment or create new post. I’m gonna try in few seconds.
