    Home page issue.

On all versions (mobile/tablet) when you scroll the homepage I’ve inserted Fullwidth Sliders to divide the page up.

As you will see, as you scroll down there’s a loading delay which results in the next section slowly rising/shifting upwards – if that makes sense.

Your colleague gave me some CSS coding to put in but it doesn’t seem to have worked.

Please help again if you can.

    Hey cbroome12,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

We cannot really reproduce the issue with the sliders. The sliders fade in on scroll but they do not shift upwards. Unfortunately, we cannot disable the fade in effect because that is how the slider switches from one slide to the other.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

The issue isn’t the slider, nor it fading in or whatever.

The issue is that when you scroll underneath slider the next section is misaligned, with the section then slowly moving upwards to its correct starting position.

If you load the mobile version on your phone you will see this. Simply refresh then scroll down, you’ll see what I’m talking about.

A colleague of your inserted some CSS coding which did not work.

We just need to know if there is another fix as this is not normal.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification.

We cannot really see any alignment issue on mobile view. We took a screenshot of the section after the slider and it seems to be aligned correctly. Please check the screenshot in the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

You can use onedrive, just like the link that we provided above, imgur, dropbox or any free image hosting for the screenshot. Did you check the screenshot? Can you point out the issue on that screenshot?

    Best regards,
    Ismael
