    Hello,
    I just completed a page via the Advanced Layout Builder.
    It’s published and I set it as the Homepage.

    When I get into the page editor, it is not loading and all I see is a circle spinning.
    Also, when I click on preview or update, it does not reflect the current update.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Which version of Enfold are you using? If not the latest 4.9, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.9.

    If you are using the latest version, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If that does not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

    Hello,
    Yes, I’m using the latest version (4.9). I tried de-activating all plugins AND cleared cache. Do you think there’s a bug?

    Hi pencefinancial,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    The iframe code (in private content) causes the issue, Wordfence gives a 403 Forbidden Error when it is added.
    I have removed it in your homepage and it seems to work properly.
    Please review your site.

    Hi Nikko,

    I’m not sure if the issue has been resolved. There is a page called “Test” which I built with Advanced Layout Builder. It is doing the same thing – not loading and showing the spinning icon.

    Thanks for the update. I’m seeing a 403 error on the Test page as well, I’m not sure why though. Could you enable debug mode so that we have a closer look at the shortcodes please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.

    Hi,

    It’s doing it again. Not loading and showing spinning icon for the home page. I’m afraid it’s going to happen for all the pages. Why is this happening again?

    It’s happening on the homepage since Wordfence blocks the iframe, it would only happen to pages with the iframe embed.
    I have posted a screenshot of the issue in private content.
    It should be fixed if you unblock it in Wordfence.

    Hi Nikko,

    I’m not sure what Wordfence is. I used the Enfold theme countless times and I’ve never had to unblock anything. Is this a server issue?

    Yes, I think it’s a server issue since there’s no Wordfence plugin on your site.
    Try to contact your hosting provider to help you with it.
