    Hello,
    We had a designer/developer start work on our site last year (spring 2021 maybe march/april). She has installed and done quite a bit of work with Enfold, and I suspect we probably need to be buying it again, or possibly just our own subscription. She has gone missing on us and I am desperate to finish the site

    I started wondering about this when I ran into trouble with putting non-default icons in an icon list and went to get help on your site. I am missing the screen view for selecting an icon in the customization window so I am thinking maybe we lost some functionality if she stopped paying.
    I am not asking for your help figuring this out (although if you could tell me if missing functionality is a clue I would appreciate it.)
    I am totally willing to buy it but am afraid I might mess up our installation if I paid on my own.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m not sure I fully understand the problem you are having, but updating to the latest version (4.9) of the theme should hopefully resolve it. If you don’t have access to the theme files on Themeforest, then I would recommend that you purchase your own license, since you won’t be able to update the theme otherwise.
