    1. I am using business wordpress plan. So not very clear about how much plugin should I turn off or delete? I really need recommendation.
    here is my plugin:
    Akismet Anti-Spam
    AMP
    Classic Editor (傳統編輯器) : OFF
    CoBlocks
    Crowdsignal Polls & Ratings: OFF
    Crowdsignal 表單: OFF

    2. After importing shop demo, I find something wrong as I view and edit the page such as in preview mode picture can’t show as the demo in website, the login option above header disappear, after edit form in home page some block just suddenly double showing up, there is nothing in blog page, but the demo posts really show in preview mode… and so on.

    I’m not sure I understand the problems you are having, could you post screenshots highlighting them please? If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private as well.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for the login details. They don’t seem to be working to login to your wordpress.com account though, could you check and verify please? Note that no plugins are required for running Enfold, or importing demo data.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, login details are working now. I’m still not sure I understand the problem you are having though. The demo seems to be imported as it should, and you have started customising it? If you need further help, then please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further. You could also post screenshots highlighting it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The theme doesn’t contain functionality for membership by default unfortunately, you would have to use a plugin or third party code in order to implement that.

    I’m not sure why it’s listing that menu item invalid, is that page generated by a plugin maybe? If so, then please try reaching out to their support.

    Where are you looking to change the background image?

    Hi,

    1. There are 3 segments/items indicated in your screenshot. Do you want to remove all of them?
    2. We haven’t tested the theme with any plugins like that unfortunately, please try finding a plugin first of all, then you can check if it works with the theme.
    3. I’m not sure why that error is coming up, did you try to remove it, then add it back again?
    4. I’m not sure why you want to disable plugins? You should only do that if you are debugging a problem of some sort. If there are plugin you are not using or that you don’t need, then you can deactivate and delete them.
    5. What do you mean by that? Did you expect that the header would be different on different pages? If so, then different in what way?
