    Hi Enfold team,

since I updated the website to the new Enfold version, the custom fonts that I´m using (which has worked fine ever since) are suddenly no longer displayed consistently or are completely replaced:
the body text is shown correct at the desktop view, but not on mobile view (smartphone) anymore and the headline fonts was completely replaced by another one. Please see screenshots.

Please let me know what could be causing this and how I can solve this problem.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Best regards, fkm

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I checked your site, but everything looks as it should on the backend, and I can’t see any error messages on the front end. Could you try to delete the fonts under Enfold->Import/Export, then upload them again, to see if that helps please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

thank you very much for replying, checking and giving me that constructive advice.

I first deleted the font files and uploaded them again, but nothing changed.
Then I deleted the font files again and experimented with the filenames (eliminated hyphens and/or terms).
After uploading them again it suddenly worked fine again, so I think I made a mistake in the filename structure, which was no longer accepted after the update.

In this case, everything is fine again, so you can close the topic as completed successfully.
    Thanks a lot.

    Best regards, fkm

    Hey!

    Thank you for the confirmation.

We have forwarded the issue to our channel. A fix will probably be included in the next version of the theme. For the meantime, please refrain from using hyphen on the file names.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
