    Hello team,

    I recognized jump links do not switch the URL in the browser adress anymore, if you click them. Furthermore if i copy and past the jump link manually no browser does land on the specific jump link heading, but just on the page.

    Any suggestions?

    Hey hammerseo,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The scroll works when we clicked on one of the items in the table of content (TOC) but not when we directly input the URL in the address bar. Did you install any plugin that may affect the site scrolling? Please try to deactivate all of the plugins temporarily, purge the cache, then check the page again.

    thanks for your reply!

    Yes, i know that.

    But before you could paste the URL with jumplink and it would jump to the anchor, also the URL does not change when you click on TOC. Why is that and how to make it like before?

    Plugins: I did not install any new plugins since earlier when it worked (some weeks ago). It would be easier to know what was changed in enfold than checking all plugins and find the error this way.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We are not able to reproduce the issue on the demos and on our own installation, so this might be due to a plugin or a custom script in the site. Can we access the dashboard and deactivate the plugins temporarily while testing the site? Is there a staging or development version of the site?
