Hello!

When I went to post a support request, a message appeared asking me to purchase a license for it. Having already purchased 12 Enfold licenses, I feel this is an unfriendly act. Until now, the good Kriesi support was the reason for me to stay loyal to Enfold and not to switch to Elementor. I hope you can make me an acceptable offer.

From Envato’s response to my inquiry:

“… I am sorry to hear that renewing support for your items has become an issue, unfortunately, Envato as a platform does not own any of the items available within the marketplace and the support is provided directly by the authors, the prices are handled directly by them. You can try contacting the author and see if they are able to give a better rate or discount…”
