    Hi
    I am using the Enfold form and have installed V3 and fallback V2 recaptchas, the keys are fine and in the google services section on Enfold it is all connected. When I test the form I get an error message

    invalid-form-for-recaptcha-sent-form-could-not-be-submitted-please-reload-page

    I have looked on threads but it just says to update the theme, my theme is updated to 4.8.3

    Can someone help please as my client is using a marketing company that needs to track conversions on the contact form.

    Hey Aron,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    It might be due to the privacy policy options or the consent message bar. Does it work correctly when you accept the cookies and refresh the page? If you want the spam protection to work automatically on load, you have to set the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behavior settings to the first and second option.
