Guten Morgen,
–“[aria-hidden=”true”] elements contain focusable descendents
Focusable descendents within an[aria-hidden="true"]
element prevent those interactive elements from being available to users of assistive technologies like screen readers”
–[user-scalable=”no”] is used in the <meta name=”viewport”> element or the [maximum-scale] attribute is less than 5.
Disabling zooming is problematic for users with low vision who rely on screen magnification to properly see the contents of a web page.
January 25, 2022 at 6:18 pm #1337133Guten tag,
Thanks for contacting us! I am not one of the German speaking moderators so I hope you do not mind that I am answering in English :)
I see that you are currently using an old version of Enfold, the version 4.5.3. Could you please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.9?
We have made some Accessibility improvements in version 4.8.7 and 4.8.8 and added compatibility for One Click Accessibility – https://wordpress.org/plugins/pojo-accessibility/ and WP Accessibility – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-accessibility/ plugins. You can go to Enfold > Theme Extension > Accessibility for adjustments :)
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 27, 2022 at 2:14 pm #1337523HI Yigit,
sorry for the german. I’ve read several german topics. Thus I thought there’s big german community ;-)We’ve solved my issue in the meantime. ;-) I’ve tried to undo some changes and added some brackets at the wrong part of the code of the “section.php”
Now I try fix an update issue with the Enfold Theme.
My problem is a Envato private token is missing since the “system change” to the Envato private token was implemented.
So I created the private token and inserted it in Enfold/ Theme Update yesterday. It seems like it doesn’t work… (Yes I have a valid Purchase code and the referring themeforrest-Account). I still can’t update my template.Should I start a new Topic for this issue?
best regard,
BenjaminJanuary 27, 2022 at 2:19 pm #1337526Hi Benjamin,
Glad you figured it out!
Regarding your personal token issue, could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 27, 2022 at 3:24 pm #1337536This reply has been marked as private.January 27, 2022 at 8:41 pm #1337578Hi Yigit,
can you see the private reply before or mustn’t I tack it as “Set as private reply”?January 28, 2022 at 9:02 am #1337630Hi,
Thanks for that, we can see the details you posted in private. It looks like you haven’t given the correct permissions to the token, please try following this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

RikardJanuary 28, 2022 at 11:48 am #1337681Perfect! Now it works.
But one last question…According to my website the latest version of the Enfold Theme is already installed (Last sucessful check was on 2022/01/28 09:40.)
I’ve also checked manually for Theme Updates with the same result.
Do you have an idea to fix it or do I have to wait a certain time?Best regards,
BenjaminJanuary 28, 2022 at 2:12 pm #1337725Hi,
Thanks for the update. Could you try to install and configure this plugin to see if that helps please? https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If not, then please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can update the theme manually for you. It should hopefully work after that.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 4, 2022 at 8:23 am #1338823Hi Rikard,
after several hours it worked w/o the market-plugin.
So, everything’s fine now!Thank you guys for the perfect support.
