    Hi all,

    I am running the latest version of the theme and cant seem to shake this error in the text boxes: https://freeimage.host/i/loV3sp

    Hey WellStrategic,

    That looks like icon shortcodes, I’m not sure I understand what exactly is wrong with that though, did you not add that yourself?

    Thanks for your reply 🙂

    We have added icons to every tour for the client’s page in the text boxes….now all 44 pages with tour information are corrupt in the editor. (displaying fine as published)

    Thanks for that. The login details work, but the page you linked to gives me a 404 error, so I’m not sure on which page we can see the problem?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Are you expecting the icon shortcode to display as an actual icon in the builder? That is not how it works, unfortunately. The text block will render the shortcode as is in the builder and only render the actual element in the front end. If you don’t want to see the shortcode in the builder, try to replace the text block with a code block element.

    The checkmarks in that page or portfolio item are emojis, not the icon shortcode. Please check the screenshot in the private field.
