    Hello, my website is about ready to launch when we discovered that the background images weren’t appearing on mobile devices? How do we fix this? We’ve tried a number of solutions and the images sometimes show up, but then disappear when we visit the website again or show up on some pages and not others. We’ve cleared caches, etc.

    Any help would be appreciated as we use background images on almost every page of the website.

    I’ve provided access information privately, but let me know if you need additional access.

    Hey Hurricane,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Looks like you’ve managed to fix the background issue by adding a whitespace element inside the grid row cells. All background images in the home page displayed correctly on mobile view when we checked. If you need more help, please let us know.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We have only checked the home page but the images in the cells are displaying on that page as well. Please check the screenshot in the private field.

    Did you set the Background Attachment to Fixed previously? Setting it back to Scroll might help with the background issue on iOS devices.

    Hi Ismael, thanks for checking that.

    Okay, so why am I still not able to see the background images? It is an issue on pretty much every page on my Iphone. I have cleared the cache and have used two different browsers (Google Chrome and Safari). I’ve had it tested by other people on other networks as well.

    Would you mind providing a screenshot of the page? Please use imgur or dropbox for the screenshot. We still can’t reproduce the issue on our end. The background images in the cells are displaying correctly on mobile view.

    Okay, it seems like the issue lies mainly with the Home page and the About page when it comes to these images. Attached are some screenshots.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    We cannot reproduce the issue on our end. Did you purge the cache before checking the page? We provided a screenshot of the About page in the private field. The background images of the cells are displaying correctly as shown in the screen capture. Please try to disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings temporarily, then check the page again on incognito mode. Let us know if it changes anything.
