    Hey there,

I can’t seem to figure out what is going on. As soon as I used the grid row, saved, and published my page I got the error above. All plug-ins are inactive or deleted, WP is up to date and so is enfold. There is one plug-in that refuses to delete though.

NOTE: This was an older site, that we copied over into a staging platform.

Working on getting debug mode on (waiting for FTP access from the client) but was wondering if this issue has come up in the past few weeks.

I guess my two options would be to reset the site and wipe it clean, re-install enfold. Or figure out the debug issue and fix it – but I am not well versed in that world.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey ewenning,

I see a WordPress error message on the page you linked to, and the WordPress login page looks to be protected with a .htaccess user and password. Could you provide us with those details in private as well please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Thanks for the quick reply. Credentials are in the private section. I do also have FTP access now and tried to turn on debug mode but no debug log file was written. So I am lost at this point.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, we can access your site now. On which page can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for that. It doesn’t seem to be possible to edit that page in any way, since the error message appears if you do. I created a test page with a Grid Row element on though, and that seems to be working as expected. Please see private. Did you add any custom code to the problem page maybe? If so, then that might be creating problems. Maybe you want to try to recreate the page?

    Best regards,

Yeah, that’s the main issue I am having.

This is the second time I have recreated the new homepage. And once I publish it, it ends up becoming an error, and I can’t edit the backend at all.

Is there a way you can tell what the issue is? I do have FTP access if that is helpful for you guys.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. So when exactly does this problem start occurring? Did you add anything in particular just before the problem starts?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
