    Hi there,
    sometimes a question of understanding.
    If my customer buys Enfold with his customer account at Themeforrest, can I create the token for my customer and register the URL with my customer account at Themeforrest?
    I’m asking because I tried and it doesn’t work at the moment …

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Personal Token should be generated using the account that was used when purchasing the theme. If you have purchased Enfold using your account, Personal Token you generated would work. Please note that if you have a single license of Enfold and use Personal Tokens on multiple sites, your account might get flagged by Envato API.
