Hello
After updating to the latest version of WordPress I see to be having a problem with the theme. On every click I get a black overlay and it seems to be a problem of the Swipebox overlay.

Are you referring to the lightbox container? Please post the site URL in the private field so that we can check the issue properly, and provide a screenshot (using imgur or dropbox) if possible.

This is a staging website where I need to make the changes there and then repeat them on the main website. Screen 1 is the contact form where if I try to click inside I get screen 2 which is a black overlay. This happens with the areas I need to click.

We cannot find the same contact form in the live site. Where did you add it, and how can we reproduce the issue? Please provide a login account for the staging site so that we can check the issue properly.

How did you add the swipebox script? The theme does not include it by default, so it must have been added manually or the script comes from a plugin. This script has to be removed or disabled.
