    Hi,
The Facebook likebox in the Footer of my website doesn’t work anymore.
Can you help me display it again? I don’t understand where the problem comes from.
    Thank you in advance,

    Hey sitadi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

We noticed that the site contains an older version (4.7.6.4) of the theme. Updating to the latest version (4.8.7.1) should help fix the issue with the facebook likebox. If the issue persists after the update, please toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then update us here.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi sitadi,

    Yes that’s correct.
I checked your site and it seems to be showing the facebook widget properly (screenshot link in private content).

    Best regards,

I just tested again in safari and it still does not work, however in Google Chrome it is displayed, have you tested on Safari on your side?

    Hi,

I have just tested your website on Safari and it does show up fine on my end. I attached the screenshot in private content field below :)

    Hi,
In Safari look at the shield icon before the address bar, when you click it it will show that facebook.com & facebook.net are being blocked, this is your facebook widget.
So while you can disable this for yourself in your Safari, most of your visitors will have this enabled by default and will not see your facebook widget, other browsers and AD Blockers also do the same. So to solve take a screenshot of your widget and make a fake widget in a HTML code widget by wrapping the image with a link to your facebook page.

    Best regards,
    Mike
