I can’t ask a question on the support service, this is the message that is shown to me:

I don’t understand! In September I got help for a problem I had with the sidebar widgets, Micke and Yigit helped me to solve this problem. I didn’t get any error message. Do I have to pay anything now? If so, I will find another theme and I will stop recommending this theme among my acquaintances. I am very unhappy…
