    Hello:

    I was attempting to post a question on the Enfold support forums today, and got an odd message:

    “We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on December 1st, 2020
    In order for you to post support questions you need to enter a new valid themeforest license code

    You can purchase a new license on themeforest or if you purchased one recently simply download it on themeforest

    Your current, expired license key is: 8ac89ba6-3e36-4f45-b10f-61a9cbd28f84”

    I’m a little confused, because I thought I purchased Enfold for life. Also, I was using the support forums without issue just 3 months ago, in August, so I’m perplexed by the “Dec 1st, 2020” date the message is talking about.

    Can you look into this for me? I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do. Do I just need to purchase another support package?

    Hi Bobby,

    We just recently implemented a check on the support forum to see if users have valid support periods, since it’s a requirement from Envato/Themeforest. If you don’t have a valid support period anymore, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support. The theme license you bought is valid for life, but support is not.
