    Hi – we recently got this notice when trying to log in to the backend of our WordPress Site: There has been a critical error on this website.

    We contacted the host, who was able to find the following error that has to do with the Enfold theme:
    [29-Jun-2021 18:36:51 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function avia_get_header_scroll_offset() in /var/www/vhosts/telephonewarehouse.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/css/dynamic-css.php:1033

    The host renamed the folder to: httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold to enfold_off.

    After renaming, I was able to log into http://telephonewarehouse.com/wp-admin, but of course, now we have no theme.

    However, when it was renamed back to enfold, the error returned.

    Is there anyone who can help fix this as we need to finish the website? Thank you!

    Hi phoneware,

    Please give us FTP access as well, so we can try to troubleshoot it.
    Just post the credentials in private content.

    Hi phoneware,

    Thanks for giving us FTP access.
    The error is now fixed (it was due to some corrupted files probably during file transfer).
    I tried to check on the backend however the credentials doesn’t seem to work, here’s the full error message:

    Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.
