Hi,
I have the main theme and the child theme installed. I have tried a number of time to install the Consulting Demo (as well as others) but it fails. I have disabled plugins and only have the them enabled.
This is the message I am seeing:
Import for Consulting Demo did not work. You may want to try reloading the page and try again.
I’ve tried deleting the download files through the option provided. I then try downloading them which works fine. Its when I try import the demo it fails.
I’ve tried multiple demos – all of them behave the same.
I have a deadline coming up – please advise as to what may be going on.

In the WordPress Dashboard, please go to LayerSlider WP > Options > System Status, then check if PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled.
If it is disabled then that is the reason why importing fails, please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension in your cPanel or try asking your webhost for assistance.
