Hi,
On my shopping cart, if you click add to cart on a page with multiple products, it works. BUT, if you click add to cart from a product page, this is what pops up: ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again. Can you please advise as to how to fix this? Example page: https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/product/big-green-egg-charcoal/
Thank you very much!!

Thank you for the inquiry.
Looks like you have disabled Javascript and cookies in your browser, which the site requires in order work properly. Did you try using a different browser?
To enable Javascript back on a Chrome browser, please check the following documentation. Steps may differ a bit on other browsers.
// https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/javascript/disable/

IsmaelNovember 3, 2021 at 7:42 pm #1327683Hi Ismael,
I have Javascript and cookies enabled on all browsers/devices. No one can get the add to cart to work. To clarify, it does work from pages where there are a bunch of products, and you add to cart. It does NOT work on individual product pages. This is a recent development. Can you please advise?
Thank you,
JustineNovember 4, 2021 at 2:06 pm #1327793Hi Justine,
It does work fine on my end when I log in. Could you please try de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and then activate them one by one to find the culprit?
Best regards,
YigitNovember 5, 2021 at 2:06 am #1327848Hi, Yigit,
I did that and nothing worked.I want to make sure that I am explaining this well. The only place that I get that JavaScript/Cookies error is when trying to add an item from an individual product page like this: https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/product/aqua-salt/
If I add to cart from this page, it works: https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/shop/
Any other thoughts?
Thanks!
JustineNovember 6, 2021 at 7:52 pm #1328057Hi,
Did you try disabling your plugins? It looks like your site is loading an old plugin called wp-spamshield and it’s support thread has unsolved questions like yours: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled Since this plugin has been closed and is no longer available for download I would recommend removing it from your site.
You could also try disabling your MU plugin /mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/ from GoDaddy as it is known to cause a Fatal error in WooCommerceBest regards,
