Hi, I am having three problems with WooCommerce/Enfold that I think might be related.

    1. I am using WooCommerce Analytics. Last week I was able to pull my order stats, but when I go to Analytics, I get a message telling me “there was an error getting your stats, try again.” So, I am unable to pull those reports.
    2. When I go to WooCommerce, I get the message, “There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.” I wonder if these are tied together. Can you please help or advise?
    3. We are no longer getting email confirmations when someone places an order.

All of these things were working on Saturday but quit yesterday.

    Thank you!
    Justine

    Hey jnightingale,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Did you install other plugins prior to the issue, or did you update the theme? We are getting a lot of errors in the console including an internal server error (see private field), but we are not yet sure why it is happening. You may need to contact the plugin developers for additional assistance. For the meantime, please toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then disable third party shop extensions. One of these plugins in combination with the theme might be causing the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
I also got this email saying there is a critical error on the site – would this be part of the problem?

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.

First, visit your website (https://stmarywichita.org/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://stmarywichita.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://stmarywichita.org/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=OZ1pABteRO18M8ZUXCYX4Z&rm_key=0PXQ76L8aUqWMvDtSwbFOg

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.8.1
    Current theme: Enfold (version 4.8.7)
    Current plugin: (version )
    PHP version 7.4.10

Also, none of those suggestions worked. Any other thoughts?
    Thank you,

    Hi,
Thank you for your patience, I found that Yoast is giving a server 500 error, so I tried disabling it and your WooCommerce Analytics worked until I enabled Yoast again, I assume Yoast updated and now has an error but I don’t know why.
I left it enabled so you can also try.
Please see the screenshots in the Private Content area.

    Best regards,
    Mike
