    Hi,
    I am facing an issue regarding fetching video from youtube.

    In first fold hero section of website, I a using full width banner. In that banner i am using a video url from youtube.

    But, the video is not playing .

    You can see it in first fold of home page of tis Website – https://elenarosedavis.com/

    Please check it and give me a solution.

    Thank you for the link to your site but I see the error “this video is unavailable”, when I test on my demo it works correctly, I believe this is due to you using an older version 4.5.1 please update to 4.8.7

    Hi,
    Yes, this version is 4.5.1 . But there is no update notification for 4.8.7 .

    I have already updated it to 4.5.1 from an older version.

    If there is already a newer version, then why that is not showing up in update notification in WordPress ?

    Any clue?

    Please inform me if there is any other possibility for not showing the video.

    Hi,
    Your version is probably still using the old Envato API for licensing which no longer works, you need to get a Envato Token for the update notification to work. So you will need to go to your Theme Forest account and download the latest version 4.8.7 and upload it to your themes, WordPress will ask you if you want to update, here is an example of the screen you will see.
