Hello,
Im using one page restaurant theme by enfold and I want to ask if someone from the team could help me customize my website by adding background images for the color sections using Parallax Effect. I do not care what type of image that would be, but could someone please add those scroling background images on each food category tittle ie. cold dishes, brunch, lunch time etc.. When I bought the theme I never thought it would be that hard to edit it so I would really appreciate help from moderators, because Im struggling and It seems like it even won’t let me add any more blocks when I try to.. Also It seems like the website is not looking good because of very long menu that I created. My question is wether there is any possibilities to make it shorter and not so extended maybe there is a way to add scroll on the side of each category of food, or something like that? I would also appreciate if
you could help me with that issue. Im waiting for your reply :)

Hey ainisk,
We can’t see your site since it’s in maintenance mode. If you need to change a background image in a Color Section, then edit the page in question, then hover over the section in question in the Layout Builder. When hovering, click the pen+paper icon in the top left hand corner of the element, that will bring up the element options. You can then change the background image in the Styling tab.

You are in the edit mode of the corresponding page. And you see this or a similar image. There are in a Onepage mostly Color-Sections as parent container to include other elements like columns or headlines etc.pp ( via drag & drop ).
If you move the mouse over the small icons in the upper left corner (see first picture) you will see small tooltips that show you what can be done with the element. The right one of these icons opens an editmode to the color-section ( second picture ).
At the top of the popup window are tabs – click the styling tab.
In the default case you will see several toggles – one of them is : Background-Image. If you are working with demo files, then there might be images already available. In this case click on the image to insert another one. If not, click the “Insert Image” button. Now you can choose one from the Media Library – or even upload one here.
The settings below show you the possibilities for the background image.
You wanted Parallax – then select that in the Background-Attachment. Also you should choose for Background-Repeat : stretch to fit.
Now don’t forget to save your settings: Save
And update the page afterwards: Update on the left are the metaboxes.I got you, It seems like it won’t let me add any more blocks or details.. It’s weird and I don’t get why maybe you can edit this for me?
Are you working with Block Editor on your pages ? Do you see those layouts like mine from above? And you only can not open the popup Editor windows?

for some reason I can’t ad color section to the place where I want it to be.. It will not let me do it. Do you know why?

You have added all your menu items inside of a single Color Section, you will need to end each Color Section if you want a Color Section below it with a parallax image. You can simply copy the Color Section with the wine glass background and replace the background image, then place it where you want it.
