    I’m using WooCommerce with ALB, and also a WooCommerce Lottery plugin. If an error is generated on the single product page, in this case a user answers a question incorrectly, it does not show if ALB is used.

    I have “Single Product Added To Cart Message Box For ALB Products” in Enfold options to always display (also tried display errors only). I have also added an ALB code block with:

    `<div class=”woocommerce-notices-wrapper”></div>

    …As I’ve read this is required. Neither works. I need to use ALB as there are additional elements my client wishes to display on the single product pages.

    Any ideas?

    Hey elsmore01,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    This box pops up whenever we select an incorrect answer.

    The plugin is probably looking for another container to append the error message. You may need to ask the plugin developers for additional info.

    Thanks for your reply. Strange – I don’t see that box. Which browser are you using?

    I have contacted the plugin author and am awaiting their response.

    Do you see any errors in the browser console after submitting the answer? The screenshot above is from the Chrome browser.

    No errors – just a few warnings. I’m also testing on Chrome..

    What is your OS? It is working properly on Chrome MacOS. You may need to contact the plugin developers for additional assistance because we cannot reproduce the issue on our end.
