Clicking on an accordion item is pushing the page back to the top??

    Hi Christie,

There are some js errors showing in the web console.
Can you try to disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance?
If you have any plugins that optimizes js files, try to disable them temporarily as well.
    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

JS merging is (and was) disabled… I do not see any errors in the console – what do you see?

    Hi christiemade,

This is what I see in the console. (screenshot in private content)
Can you give us temporary admin access? so we can try to check the backend.
Just post the credentials in private content.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi christiemade,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have installed this plugin: Health Check & Troubleshooting and created a test page.
It seems the issue is in the child theme, you can verify this by enabling troubleshooting (in plugins via Health Check and Troubleshooting) then switch the theme to Enfold (parent theme), then open the test page and you would not see any issue. Here’s what I’ve tried:
    1. Use Enfold theme and all plugins are disabled (result: works properly)
    2. Use Enfold theme and all plugins are enabled (result: works properly)
    3. Use Child theme and only Advanced Custom Fields is enabled (result: has that jump to the top issue)

    Best regards,
    Nikko

I am not able to duplicate this – When I turn on troubleshooting mode my test page doesn’t even load – I have it on now. All my pages load the homepage.

Not sure what’s going on there, but I made a child theme that is literally just a stylesheet and it’s still happening.

    Hi christiemade,

It does not load on the first dev site because the child theme requires some plugin.
As for the second dev site, I checked on it and it seems some of the CSS in there is actually causing the issue, I did see it jump beyond the accordion header but after I removed the styles in style.css it worked properly, I have saved it just in case you don’t have a backup on it but there’s too many CSS so it would take time to troubleshoot which specific CSS is causing the issue.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

I appreciate it, thank you – I was able to find the offending CSS. All good now!
