Hi All,
Since we updated the theme to the latest version, we are having issues with our main banner. The height of the container is wrong for the first slide creating an empty space. I see that the height is generated dynamically even though it´s set to a certain amount on the editor. https://prnt.sc/1wnttaf
Please advise.

Please try to disable CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 19, 2021 at 7:15 am #1325517Thanks, Nikko. The trick didn’t work, unfortunately. Could you please share another tip? It only happens with the first slide, when the site is loaded. I also disabled plug-ins, it seems to be a theme issue. The mobile version seems to be loading correctly.

October 19, 2021 at 11:30 am #1325548Hi,
I found a similar issue on another site, and it turned out to be the lazy load feature of SmushPro, I see that your site is loading wp-smushit

although it’s not the typically way, perhaps you are caching with a CDN or your running a muilti-site?
Nonetheless please try disabling this and then clear your browser cache and any cache plugins, CDN, and theme caching and minifying, a couple of times and check again.
Please note that js files can be hard to clear even after a plugin is disabled, If this doesn’t help please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.Best regards,
MikeOctober 19, 2021 at 4:36 pm #1325586Thanks a lot, I disabled lazyload and the issue went away, We will reconsider this plug-in going forward.
Best,
