Hi,
In 2014 I bought a license from themenvorest. So far everything has been going great. If I want to ask a question in the forum, it says the license has expired. In themed forests, however, the license is active and the conditions of 2016 do not have an end to the license. Can you tell me what the problem is?

It sounds like your support period has expired. All ThemeForest authors who provide support are required to provide support only to users who have valid support period. You will continue receiving theme updates however if you would like to receive support, you would need to renew your support.
