    Hello Support,
    we installed the theme successfully, but if we want to start the customizer, following error occurs.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? You can then activate them one by one to find the culprit. It does not seem to be related to any of the theme files.

    Thanks for the information. I went to Dashboard > Updates and re-installed WordPress and that helped.
