    Hi,

    I have a link to a download for a PDF which works fine on a laptop/desktop but not on a mobile device. Is there a setting I need to address/change?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I’ve added the code for the button in the private content.

    Hey Snerp,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Login credentials did not work for me but I checked the button on both desktop and mobile however it does not download on my end on both desktop and mobile. On desktop, it opens the PDF file on a new tab and on mobile it just opens PDF file on the same page.

    Have you figured it out already?

    Hi Yigit,

    yes, I sorta figured it out. I just created a basic link rather than using the Avia button.

    But just out of curiosity, can the Avia button be utilized to be used for a mobile device, so once clicked the download to a PDF works (on a _BLANK or _SELF).

    I am afraid out of the box, it cannot. That is a browser limitation and is not possible without some sort of workaround for browsers. If you really need it, please see – https://github.com/eligrey/FileSaver.js/
