My name is Harshi Dhingra and I’m a licensed medical doctor with a specialty in pathology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. I’m currently working as a research reviewer for the Indian Journal of Medical and Paediatric Oncology as well as a medical reviewer for Sunshine Behavioral Health.

I am reaching out because I am interested in starting a partnership with kriesi.at/blog to bring awareness to the importance of mental health and how it could impact a person’s life.

As you probably know, mental health is a vital but often overlooked issue. Many of us have mental health issues or know someone with them. But as common as these conditions are, many people still don’t talk about them or are afraid to because of misinformation and stigmas.

Mental illnesses affect 19% of adults, 46% of teenagers, and 13% of children each year. But only half receive treatment, often because of those mental health-related stigmas, misinformation, and myths.

If you are interested, I would be delighted to send you some topics that I think that your audience would like. Or, if you have something in mind, I would be glad to create the content you want for you.

Working together, we can help others understand and treat mental health concerns. If you have any questions about us, please let us know. Thank you for your consideration.
