    Hi there,
    My website (link in private info) seems to have lost a huge amount of styling and won’t accept new changes in the Enfold styling menu. Nobody had been making any changes when this issue started.

    For instance, the site has reverted to 1030px wide, while we have it set to 1200px in Enfold. We also have a large amount of Quick CSS etc that simply isn’t running as it was.

    Can you see what might be causing this?

    Hey chartinboy,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You might have accidentally added an invalid css code in the Quick CSS field, which affects and breaks the whole stylesheet. The site is also using an older version of the theme (4.8.1). The latest version is 4.8.6.4. After the upgrade, please do not forget to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, and purge the cache.

    Thanks for your response.

    I’ve updated Enfold and no luck, and also confirmed caching/compression is off for the time being. The Quick CSS wasn’t changed recently so I’m not sure how that would impact it now? I can provide login details if that would be helpful?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Yes, please post the login details in the private field and we will check the site. Did you adjust the value in the Enfold > General Layout > Maximum Container Width field recently?
