We have implemented the requirement for a valid ThemeForest support period in order to be able to post on the support forum from now on. This has been a requirement for ThemeForest authors for a long time, but we wanted to wait as long as possible to implement it. Here’s a statement from @Kriesi, as to why this was implemented:
The main reason is basically that it is long overdue since ThemeForest requires it from its authors, and I was asked to finally comply with this rule
In case you do not have a valid support but would like to report a bug or make a suggestion, you can use either Pre-sale question form or post a comment on Enfold’s ThemeForest page :)
