    I have exported the Layout Builder Templates from one site (https://presbyphl.org/) and am trying to import them into another (https://wt00982688.mywtenfold1.com/). They upload, and I’m not getting any error message, but they are not appearing on the new site.

    Steps I’ve taken – I’ve exported from the first site; I am uploading to the new site under Enfold Child –> Theme Options –> Import/Export –> Import Layout Builder Templates File – I’ve already uploaded so it’s in the Media Library; I click on the file then click on Insert Layout Builder Templates File; I get the Enfold confirmation of “Alright! All options saved…” but the templates don’t show up anywhere. I can also click on Save All Changes on that page, and the templates still don’t appear.

    Hi mgyura,

    You can use kriesi for username and (Email address hidden if logged out) for email.
    Please post the credentials in private content, so all moderators can check on it.

    Thanks, I tried to import it as well however I’m getting this notice:

    Using this feature is reserved for Super Admins
    You unfortunately don't have the necessary permissions.

    I am a super admin and still cannot upload (no error), but the credentials we gave you are just admin rights. Let me see if there’s anything else we can do.

    Hi mgyura,

    Thanks and yes we will only use it for the purpose you mentioned.
    I tried it as well and have similar results as you have mentioned, the popup says it’s successful but no additional layout template showing up (the web console also don’t show any errors).
    Can you try to downgrade the Enfold version of the staging site? so they have the same versions.

    Hi mgyura,

    Thanks for updating it to the latest version.
    I have tried to look further into the issue and tested it as well on my local server which is similar to your settings except your site uses nginx while mine uses apache.
    I’ll request for our dev to look into it as well.
