    I just purchased a support license and your support refuses to accept or acknowledge the purchase.

    Please advise on how to resolve this.

    Hi Samuel,

    We have recently implemented a new system to check the validity of support, and there might be some bugs which we need to fix. Under what user name are you registered on the forum? If you could share your receipt with us private as well, then that would be appreciated.
