    Dear Team,

    I have just updated my theme and WordPress version to the latest one.

    I am getting this issue on my website.

    I tried to restore to previous backup from hosting site. Unfortunately it did not work.

    I will appreciate if you can help me to fix the issue.

    Any update?

    I am beginner and my website is down since last 4 hours and I am unable to solve the issue.

    Hi Medecho,

    Can you give us both wp-admin and FTP access? so we can try to fix it for you.
    Please post the credentials in private content.

    Hi Medecho,

    Thanks for giving us FTP access, this is now fixed.
    As for the admin access, it did not work so we can’t further check the backend but it may not be needed as the error is fixed.
    Please review your site.

    Hi Nikko,

    Many thanks for your help.

    Footer is missing and a grey space between the section on home page.

    This is same issue which I faced yesterday after updating the theme and wordpress.

    As soon I restore the backup above issue occured.

    I will appreciate if you can help me to fix the issue.

    Also I am sharing the updated WP-Admin password in private section

    Hi Medecho,

    Thanks for providing the admin access as well.
    The footer is fixed, please review your site.
    I just updated the header.php of your child theme (the original header.php is renamed to header.bup for reference)
